I have been dying to do something with pumpkin this season. Since my pumpkin seeds haven’t happened yet I decided to pick up a can of pumpkin and search online for new uses for it. I found this Vegan Pumpkin Smoothie Recipe from Hello Giggles. It seemed pretty good, but I don’t intentionally eat soy, so the soy yogurt was not gonna happen.
