In 2011 I was very unhappy with my body and realized I had to do something about it. I showed my readers my body in its raw form and it wasn’t pretty. I then set in Motion the natural “Fight Against Cellulite”. The last attempt to get rid of my cellulite covered thighs was an exercise challenge. My boyfriend wanted to do it with me so we called it our P90X Couples Journey. He held me accountable and vice versa. It can be helpful to do with a significant other because they are people that you see, usually, daily but any kind of partner will be helpful as long as they help to motivate you to keep going. My bf was more than that. He actually got on my nerves with his gung ho attitude everyday. Nevertheless we made it through and exercised 5-6 days a week for more than 6 months.
