1. What forms of payment do you accept?

At this time Paypal is the only payment method we accept.

2. Do I need a Paypal account to purchase?

No. You can use PayPal as a guest.

3. How long does it take for orders to arrive?

All orders are “made to order”. Please allow 10-14 business days after placing your order for shipping. Production on all items typically takes 7-10 business.

Your order not ship until AFTER the 7-10 business day production time frame has passed.

Shipping time frames (does not include production time frame) vary due to sourcing. Many items are shipped from different locations by different vendors. If you’re having a problem with shipping contact me via the contact page.

Shipping time frames for International purchases sent via Priority Mail range from 6-10 business days. Domestic purchases sent via First Class Mail varies by destination. Tracking for international orders is not available, but rest assured your order is on its way once you receive the shipment confirmation email.

Please do not email for a status update or to inquire about your order unless the 7-10 business day production time has passed and you still have not received tracking information.

Your shipping notification and tracking information will be sent via PayPal. Please look out for this email from PayPal. It will not come from Kinky Chicks email.

4. What is your return policy?

All sales are final. You are able to exchange your unworn item within 5 business days of receiving your order for sizing errors of the same item originally purchased. You are responsible for an additional re-shipment fee. Fee amount varies depending on item to be exchanged
